With last Friday's FBM KLCI closing figure of 1721.77, most of our readers predicted a flat market today.  Overall, our readers are slightly bullish with an average prediction of 1721.84.

The FBC KLCI surprised all our readers with a very strong performance this morning hitting an intraday high of 1735.90 before 10 am.  The index pretty much stayed above 1730 for the rest of the day and closed at 1732.76.
